Brekfes :
Makan Heavy like Nasi Lemak, nestum, roti wif segelas susu *sungguh tak like*

Lunch :
Eating Fruit or Vegetable

Evening :
if lapar sangat makan biskut wif segelas air milo *like dis* :)

Dinner :
8pm - makan nasi kadar sedikit, lebihkan sayuran dan sup *like it*







* mak saye selalu cakap, diet diet gak..
tapi nasi kena makan, kalau tak nanti sakit *
